People are normally stunned when famous faces opt for budget airlines, perhaps overlooking the fact they're ordinary people as well. That's precisely why one woman found herself slack-jawed when she spotted someone sporting sunglasses whilst queuing for her flight, wondering whether they might be somebody famous.
And when she managed a proper glimpse, she was absolutely flummoxed. Davlyn, who shares content on TikTokas @davyb123, revealed that clocking a celebrity on an easyJet flight was "not on her bingo card," noting in her video's caption that it was a massive coincidence, as she "only had Gossip Girl downloaded for the flight".
She'd recognised Ed Westwick, 38, who portrays Chuck Bass in the beloved CW series, which aired from September 2007 to December 2012.

The English actor, 38, also featured in TV programme White Gold as Vincent Swan, and made his cinema debut in Children of Men in 2006.
Getting on the aircraft from London to Naples, Italy, carrying three bags, he appeared dressed in a relaxed khaki jacket and shades in the resurfaced footage, which first went viral in 2024.
Davlyn had her palms covering her mouth in astonishment as she couldn't fathom that there was a star on her aircraft.
In the video's comments section, someone dubbed him a "humble king" for not travelling on a private aircraft.
Another wrote: "I got on a flight to Lithuania last year with him too. I was shocked he was flying Ryanair".
One curious individual queried: "But was he pestered by people? If he wasn't then I suppose why pay more when you can spend less and get there like everyone else?".
A lady revealed that she had spotted "Tyson Fury on a plane," but was disappointed that Davlyn "got Chuck Bass".
A TikTok user enquired: "Why didn't you say hi?" to which she responded that she "got a picture after the flight" with him.
Some even confessed they'd "scream the whole flight" if they saw him.
He's not alone in his eco-friendly approach of not "taking a private jet," as recently, Vybz Kartel and fiancée Sidem Öztürk were seen together on a Ryanair flight.
The humble star was even spotted stowing his own luggage in the overhead locker before taking time to chat and pose for photos with fans on the plane.
Despite having the means to afford a private jet, as many of his fans pointed out, Vybz chose to fly with Ryanair, fully aware that he would be recognised by his fans.
His decision to fly budget has been met with praise from fans, who believe he makes these public appearances "for the fans" so they can speak to him and meet him.
An Instagram post by @theshadeborough read: "Talk about soul plane! #VybzKartel made these passengers' journey after he was seen on a Ryanair flight".
